One of the worst banks we have delt with. We wanted to pay our car off early and they acted like they were not going to allow that after a week of trying to get our pay off total they sent our title to the wrong house. I called a week ago with a promised call back to still hear nothing. We ended up going to DMV Do not recommend this bank
First interstate bank in Fruitland has the best customer service in town. Always get greeted by my name when I walk in. The tellers are fast and efficient. Jose always goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied and Melissa always ready to help and answer any questions.
Kaila at the Fruitland branch was awesome! Most helpful person Ive yet seen! Thanks for all of your help and making sure my transactions went smoothly.
