It is a very strange experience to be a customer there. The staff is awfully impersonal. They have massive plexiglass screens between the account representives and the potential client. You have to request a sanitized pen from their side of the screen to sign a check. The banker let us know that we may be carrying germs that he did not want to be exposed to. There was virtually zero communicatiin during the time we sat at this guy's desk for 40 minutes and he did we know not what. We did follow up with the manager - he basic... read more
