This location is not helpful. The assistant manger Laurna is very rude and wasted my time. The bank tellers are lovely and welcoming. They are the only reason that place is nice. Laurna treats customers, very rudely and talks bad about her customers in front of them.
Ryan Hoopes is such a bad person to let things happen the way they did. I cannot believe first interstate bank the bank that cares for "values" "people" and "individuals" would employ someone that doesn't uphold such standards. Allowing someone to be discarded like nothing because of a disability is horrible.
Work with Haden! He’s very smart and funny too!
They make banking easy for me! Every time I've needed help it's been smooth and stress free. It's clear the team here cares about their customers. Haden especially goes above and beyond. Highly recommend if you're looking for a bank that treats you like a person, not just another account number. I can't say enough good things.
