James was extremely helpful with a complex issue
Been with this bank for over a decade and it's finally time to call it quits. We have multiple accounts, and they are absolutely terrible for business accounts. Today was the last straw. I go online to order more checks, and click over to the Harland Clarke website through FIB's site, and it's not letting me order checks. This is a relatively simple banking task, and I can go online and order from any 3rd party vendor just fine. I feel like it would be more secure to go through the FIB website, but maybe not...
