the only reason i had a good experience with was because of Elise. she was the only employee there that didn’t seem like they were in a rush to get me out of there. I will be closing my account because I have yet to have a good experience with this bank, however Elise has always been very helpful and is great at what she does.
There are better options now. Never had a good experience banking with FIB.
Don’t waste your time calling. You get a recording with a couple options then will hang up. No option to actually talk to a human. Poor Service. After reading some of there reviews most of them bad,I’m sure I will get their automated response that everyone else got. Go figure….
It's a shame they shut down the counter at Lee and Dad's but that went on to become Town Country Fascists so I don't go there anymore anyway. First rate service every time at my Belgrade branch. US Bank and Wells Fargo can go to %@#!. 1st interstate and the really good people there have taken care of me for about a decade or more now.
