I am very surprised at the negative reviews that I see for this bank - my own experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My father has been having troubles with scammers, and the bank members have all been extremely helpful at keeping him as safe as they can, working with me to implement measures to reduce risk. I've also observed higher interest rates of return on savings accounts than on any other bank I've worked with recently. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone!
the only reason i had a good experience with was because of Elise. she was the only employee there that didn’t seem like they were in a rush to get me out of there. I will be closing my account because I have yet to have a good experience with this bank, however Elise has always been very helpful and is great at what she does.
There are better options now. Never had a good experience banking with FIB.
