Went in on a Friday zeroed out account to close it. Told Tuesday account would be closed . Tuesday account not closed because .01 cents interest was pending on account. Called every number trying to get account closed. Absolutely no way to close account until .01 clears. Very frustrating. customer service locally is good. Customer service at 1-800# is garbage! Bank is continually changing hands and locations!
They don't ever answer there phones. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. I tried calling for two hours and even on my way there. When I got there they had no customers waiting and no excuse for not answering. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for a bank! Only editing to make it clear that this is still the case. We are in the process of switching banks. Absolutely horrible!
