Excellent quality care and friendly service every visit.
I was in a pinch and needed to purchase some $1s to help my young daughter’s vendor business. I stopped into First Interstate Bank and there were no other customers in there and they refused to help me since I wasn’t a member. Since I stopped there I couldn’t make it to any other bank before they closed. I was able to purchase $50 in $1s at Safeway. What a joke that you can’t exchange money at a bank. We have been banking with First Interstate for years for our buisness and we absolutely love the amazing customer service we receive there! One of our favorite employees is Jean, always smiling and giving us a 5 star experience.
I say the service was awesome. Jean knocked it out of the park.
Hands down the best bank I have worked with in Central Oregon. The bankers are knowledgeable, responsive, and I love that you can reach a real person when you have an issue. All the bankers are amazing, especially Jean! I switched to First Interstate at the start of the pandemic when it was clear smaller regional banks were navigating small business issues in a more responsive way than the larger ones, and I have not been disappointed since.
