Location on Reserve has been under construction for so long. It’s incredibly inconvenient and their other location is either downtown or on Brooks which is all the way across town from where I live. Tried to visit their temporary location and the lobby is open 9-4???? Again, incredibly inconvenient. Will start looking at other banks with better locations and hours that actually work for people with jobs.
I've had such a bad experience with fraud on my card with First Interstate. I've had fraud 3 times in the last 6 months. They sent my first debit card to the wrong address. Then I had to go get my 3rd temporary card issued so I could access my money. The debit card would not activate so now I am without one until mine finally comes in the mail. The banker at the north reserve branch is not helpful at all. Then when I went to get my 4th temporary card, they were out of the cards so they couldn't help me. My only option was to... read more

I would not trust this bank with my lunch money. If you need banking made hard and incompetent employees this is the bank for you.
