Terrible. The past decade slowed deterioration is taken place. They continue to worsen. I have my business and personal account through this bank and I am currently working on switching to a competent bank. They are unhelpful they do nothing to help their customers. They are just a greedy bank that wants your money, but gives you no help. Terrible, terrible, and terrible bank.

Worst banking experience ever!! My father passed away and I was talking with an banker about tying up his financial affairs and I was talked down to and scolded by a representative. My father would roll over in his grave if he had overheard! Never been treated so badly in my life!
