Love this bank. Small Town bank with online check cashing. Staff addresses you with your first name when you walk in. Helpful and professional in every way.
Asked what I needed to do to collect the funds from my fathers account. Who passed away a couple weeks ago. Was told to get his death certificate and it would be done. Got death certificate. Turned in and then was informed that he had a beneficiary. Which woulda been fine had I been told up front. I see only dishonesty I feel used and I am grieving for my father trying to take care of everything by myself and the lady I spoke to (-k-)was extremely rude to me after initially lieing to me in the first place..
