The manager Larcy **** at First Institute Student massage clinic needs to learn how to treat the customers. Its terrible when they don't value a customer who has been supporting their business for 15 years. First Institute hires anyone who has no credentials to run the massage clinic as a manager. The manager was argumentative. The management there doesn’t even care. One word TERRIBLE!

First Institute student Massage Clinic. Crystal Lake, Illinois. My name is Jun ******* I have been going to the student massage clinic for 15 years, often go and have a massage on a weekly bases. Yes you do the math. I have put quite a few $$ in this place. I love the students there. Never had an issue there in the past. Yesterday I was running late for my 6:15 appointment, so I called and asked if the appointment can be pushed back to 6:30. This school is absolutely terrible. Completely unorganized and what they teach is not even used in the field. The turnover rate for teachers is ridiculous! I do not recommend this school.
