Really nice staff. Always treats me very well even though this bank looks way fancier than I am. I have never had a bad experience with this bank.
You better dress nice or they won't let you bank there! I have never had a bank turn me down before as "not a member of the community" when I own multiple properties in the community, have lived here for 15 years, children in the schools, vote here, etc. They promised "due diligence" and to get back to me. When the rep called back, and I tried to call them on their discrimination, the bank rep hung up on me. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
If I could give it 0 stars. I WOULD! They don't really want your business. The counter staff is nice, but the management is G-D awful. I have closed my accounts and will never bank there again!
Clean with great friendly service. They love dogs and kids too! When you walk through the door your dog is greeted with a bowl of water and treats. Your kids and you will love cookies every other friday, too. Coffee is good and water is a specialty too. They are always helpful with my statement questions and timely in calling you back. ATM fees are not an issue either. Check them out you will be glad you did.
Great small local bank where they really care about you as a customer.
