My father and I went in the other day and went in to look for some quince dresses and try some on. Expecting to be able to try some on just like some other quince stores where they let you freeley try on until you have the right one. I did get positive service from the 30-40 year old man at first, but later on I received very rude attitude from this man. I bought a dress went home try it on with my heels and it was to long for me went the next day return it and the employee explained the policy when I purchased she dirint explain . I try so many dresses and none will fit my expectations the guy that was there wasn’t really helpful. I request to talk to the manager/ owner and i explained if I could have a refund because i couldn’t fine something that I need and plus I went back before 24h.
