I went into the branch and their employees were very rude. I mentioned wanting to open more accounts and they said they were too busy to support (there was only one other member in the office). I’m not sure why but this CU does not care for their members.
Ive been with this Bank for 4 years. And I love it.
Many issues the last few yrs . Deposits, credits, loan pmt. Cash withdrawals All had an issue or two. Resolved but I’m tired of babysitting my accts. They financed my car loan when I bought it. I will be closing all accts as it is almost paid off. Had a great interest rate. I thought since they were small all would be great.
I was there with my baby and to open an account since I had moved out of the county I forgot that I owed about less than $30. I had no idea, but I decided to open a new Account so I did open the account online. I received the call from a person there to open the account and she gave me an appointment so I went in and she told me to go into her office mind you I’m carrying my baby so I went in there and she was like what you owe 20 something dollars.
