Many issues the last few yrs . Deposits, credits, loan pmt. Cash withdrawals All had an issue or two. Resolved but I’m tired of babysitting my accts. They financed my car loan when I bought it. I will be closing all accts as it is almost paid off. Had a great interest rate. I thought since they were small all would be great.
I was there with my baby and to open an account since I had moved out of the county I forgot that I owed about less than $30. I had no idea, but I decided to open a new Account so I did open the account online. I received the call from a person there to open the account and she gave me an appointment so I went in and she told me to go into her office mind you I’m carrying my baby so I went in there and she was like what you owe 20 something dollars. This place is terrible. Do not go to this bank. They will charge you fees left and right for things that doesn’t even make sense. Money kept getting pulled out out of this weird fees and don’t even get me started on the late fees, bro they just charge you for anything and they also allow anyone to just be charging you and they do that when you don’t have money, they make sure to Do an extra charge so they can get paid their $33 overdraft fee.
