I got a new iPhone and did not know I needed to register it to process a Zelle payment. within minutes I went on Corazo messenger and it was corrected. I love Corazo have been with them way back in the 1970s.
If a zero-star rating were possible, it would be well deserved. There appears to be a lack of accountability when staff make errors, and customers are often left to resolve issues that could easily be handled internally with proper communication. Additionally, Mr. Frank’s conduct is unprofessional. His behavior comes across as harassing, which is entirely unacceptable in a professional setting. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

If I can give zero stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service. The tellers and greeters never know the answers to anything. The worst part for me is the website. They should have spent their money on a better website with a functional payment system instead of the stupid name change.
