Awful customer service! I accepted an Auto Loan through FICU when purchasing a new vehicle. I decided to go into this branch to get my payment information since none of it was provided. I walked in and was stopped by a representative at the curved desk (no hello, didn’t ask for my name and didn’t ask if I needed help). She was so unhelpful that I was actually shocked.
