If I can give zero stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service. The tellers and greeters never know the answers to anything. The worst part for me is the website. They should have spent their money on a better website with a functional payment system instead of the stupid name change.
I've spoken with maria (contact center representative 2) on the mobile application and I'm having a issue with my account which I understand is my fault but I wanted to speak with someone over the phone so I can properly explain the problem I'm having. I asked maria 2 separate times for a phone number so I can speak with someone but she refused to answer the question.
Justina was patient, helpful and informative.
I just want to give a huge thank you to Nicholas for always being so helpful over the past few years. His customer service is truly outstanding. I genuinely appreciate the way he consistently goes above and beyond to assist me, no matter the situation.
