This is the worst bank I ever used in my life. You can’t update your profile with new address if you close your account and they will send important tax documents to your old address where you will have issue retrieving it. Also there is small risk of your identity being exposed since your tax document is sent to old address where you don’t live, although they assuring that only last four digits of social security number will be on the document. The service of this bank is very poor, especially a woman with long hair, glasses and a white shirt. Her attitude is very bad. I went to the bank to apply for loan repayment, but she asked me to call the loan department myself, I drove here for an hour and got such a reply, which made me feel very bad. And this bank worker is very informal, she wouldn't tell me her name when I asked her.
