I opened my account and was attracted by the bonus offer . I followed exactly the requirements ,did it on line , installed the app and so far transfer of money is smooth . I called to verify the bonus if it's legit and yes I was able to talk to a live person and confirmed it. So I will wait for 90 days and will update my review . All of these were done online ... I still have to visit their branch in Plano someday .

Very pathetic Bank, staffs are rude and online system is horrible. they just want to get your money IN but not OUT. Zelle and online transfer extremely painful and horrible.
What a horrible bank. Worst experience I ever had! They are stuck in 1985. Run for the hills, do not put your money here.
