Koda was helpful at the Rocky mount branch after my dad passed I need some information for my bank account and he went out of his way to help me.
Very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
I have banked with this branch for almost 10 years and have never had any issues up until recently. One of the new tellers, Marla, is extremely unpleasant to deal with and has little knowledge or help to offer. At times, there is no one else available to help. I plan on closing out my account as soon as possible.
Wasn't a very good experience today.
