Probably the worst branch in Durham. The manager is one of the worst “professionals” you’ll ever meet. After two and a half hours of giving them my information in the process of opening a bank account, the manager walks in and decides at the last moment he doesn’t feel “right” opening the account that day. No explanation, and would not give me a specific reason at all. I thought I was somehow banned from first horizon for some reason.
