The customer service here is really good. I had to move banks because I get a bonus match for banking elsewhere for work, but Everytime I came in I felt like I was interacting with a friend. People will complain about check fees and service fees but they are all spelled out in your bank sign up stuff. Not their fault you don’t read it.
ATM with no money in it? Lol.
