I went in to cash a check from this bank. The teller was insulting and rude. She never spoke to me, just to someone else concerning me. “I’m going to need a second pair of eyes” “we need to call the customer and verify” like I stole someone’s check book. I rattled off the phone number like please call because you’re being extremely rude. There are professional ways to say, just a moment please, I need to verify because it’s a large sum. Then when she realized it was legit, she smugly stated, “there’s an $8 fee to cash this” ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We have never had a pleasant experience with First Horizon. That being said when Ray Ferrara took over the branch, things got remarkably worse. Not only did they give us a hard time every time we wanted to withdrawal large sums of cash, but even when we deposited large sums of cash, like when we sold a vehicle. Because of these unpleasant experiences one day we woke up to zero dollars in our savings account. Apparently they decided to close it without talking with us and sent a check in th... read more
