If I could give zero stars I would. We have never had a pleasant experience with First Horizon. That being said when Ray Ferrara took over the branch, things got remarkably worse. Not only did they give us a hard time every time we wanted to withdrawal large sums of cash, but even when we deposited large sums of cash, like when we sold a vehicle. It seems like every time I turn a corner First Horizon is nickel and diming me for fees. The customer service is already lousy to begin with. It seems there is no benefit for being part of this greedy Finacial institution. I’ve been a customer since Suntrust sold the branch I belong to. I don’t have one good thing to say about First Horizon. Go Find a Credit Union!!
