Fast service and friendly employees. Very helpful!
Tellers are not very friendly. Almost seemed as if I was not welcomed into a facility that I have been banking with for over 10 years. No one seemed to be knowledgeable as to why funds were not available- as I have come back for 2 days and I was asked to come back a third day and funds may be there. Definitely don't appreciate the lack of care and concern about a long time customer and we will not choose the Hillsborough location to do future business at all.
This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Every time I go in this branch they are talking to each other , not handling business or there is an issue with something. I’m currently looking for a new bank that is a lot less headache
