I would give them zero stars if I could, horrible place to deal with stay far away. I was trying to get help with a loan for a house I wanted. They drug their feet and somebody else ended up getting the place I wanted. Don’t waste time take your business elsewhere where they are not about their customers.
Was asking question about a deposit that I made but at the time I could not find my transaction slip the agent was short and acted as if she did not want to help I had other questions to ask but before I could ask she ended the call you all ready do not have Saturday banking hours so if you work on Fridays you are out of luck it is a shame you have to take off work early to do banking was told that it was the company policy but when it was suntrsust we had Saturday banking hours !
After my initially annoyance with the forced conversion, the bank has been very helpful. Wish they had extended hours though!
