Betty and Jennifer are the best at this location . Jennifer very warm and cordial and Betty has been courteous kind and steadfast in her customer service for the many years I have had an account there. . I hope they do not try to force her out being a long time employee.
Been a 1st TN/1st Horizon account holder for 13 years since I returned to TN. Historically very helpful staff, today we almost closed all our accounts because of the horrible, unhelpful staff member. She was more interested in check her phone then assisting.
Counter rep was courteous, patient, knowledgeable!!
