My digital banking on my Android phone and Laptop has not worked for 2 weeks now in Marathon FL. I guess they upgraded but forgot about us.
If there was a zero I would rate it a negative number. The senior loan officer (RT) was totally unethical rude disrespectful unprofessional and unhelpful. We dealt with him for 5 weeks and repeatedly sent copies of work he requested . I feel he worked more against us than with us. I would never recommend this Bank for mortgage application
