Everyone at Horizon bank is exceptional. I have always had the best experience when dealing with my banking needs. Currently Addison Fields has been patient and informative, researching my card for unsure claims. He has told me about everything Horizon has to offer! I have also had a good experience with Justin Williams and Liz Romero. Congratulations to Horizon for employing these smart, pleasant people.
Addison assisted us with signature changes. He was very professional and always had a smile.
Mr Addison the relationship banker customers service was excellent I enjoyed his approach to satisfy my experience. I would choose him over and over again his patience was also excellent
Teller in Lobby stopped helping in the middle of important transaction to go help customers in drive thru. Oil center location horrible.
Best bank employees ever! Every one in this branch is so courteous and so helpful. We wouldn't bank anywhere else!
