I’ve loved my experience with First Horizon Bank. This was my local branch location for over 5 years, they have always been so helpful. I never had to wait in line for longer than a few minutes. They have helped me set up multiple kinds of accounts and CDs. The bankers and tellers have looked out for my best interest at all turns. I went t open a new account at the bank and the ladies went above and beyond to not only make me feel welcome but made the whole process easy and fast. Jennifer was wonderful at helping me with the opening of the account. Isabel and Lori were extremely helpful with making a deposit and getting my card. This is what customer service is all about!!! I am absolutely APPALLED from hearing what my elderly parents dealt with recently. They closed on their home in KEY LARGO to move 5-6 hours to Palmetto! They could see that the check was from a closing locally from an attorneys office! They could have called to verify funds OR even ask your customer IF they need any funds for their move!! That didn’t happen! So your staff and bank left my elderly parents with NO MONEY for their move! I’ve worked in banking for 30 years this is unacceptable!!!
