I am absolutely APPALLED from hearing what my elderly parents dealt with recently. They closed on their home in KEY LARGO to move 5-6 hours to Palmetto! They could see that the check was from a closing locally from an attorneys office! They could have called to verify funds OR even ask your customer IF they need any funds for their move!! That didn’t happen! So your staff and bank left my elderly parents with NO MONEY for their move! I’ve worked in banking for 30 years this is unacceptable!!! I do not recommend this bank for any reason. Not customer friendly hours (9-4) They will return checks within seconds of being overdrawn without any customer service policies. We changed banks as soon as first horizon took over.
Great bank. The staff are all amazing and so helpful.
