Antiquated systems, and some of the tellers are rude or indifferent. They seem like they don't even want to be there, let alone wait on a customer.
My favorite person at the bank is greicy She is always super nice, professional, and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond every time I need assistance. I really appreciate her excellent service!
