So rude I walk in. No one says anything. I’m just standing there waiting for someone to greet me to say something. Find lady young lady who’s working drive-through turns around and acknowledges me calls me forward still no words mind you but that’s OK. Ask me what I need. Obviously she’s not a notary. The two ladies who are there counting money are and so they’re like yeah we’ll take care of it in just a second so they finish what they’re doing. Just moved here Tennessee one year ago looks like people all liked the past bank get over it and move on they are one SUPER bank
The staff was extremely rude and should not work in a bank horrible customer service
Absolutely agree with the other reviewer. Terrible bank, I was sold out by Suntrust and have hated every moment since.
If I could put zero stars I would since the bank has changed from SunTrust I have had the most problems and no help from anyone in the branch. Take your business somewhere else anywhere else these people are awful and rude.
