ZERO stars! Horrible experience. I would not use this bank ever again. I live in Florida and was selling a home in Tampa and purchasing a home in Jupiter. My mortgage advisor informed put me into a 7 year arm and told me I could reamortize my mortgage as soon as I paid the loan principal down when I sold my home in Tampa, which I did a month later.
