We needed documents notarized at the last minute on a Friday. Joyce K was so helpful. She talked us through what needed to be signed and where signatures were required. Everyone was super friendly at the Gatlinburg branch.

This has got to be the worst branch of first horizon Bank I have ever encountered. They do not help me at all I do the same request to every first horizon Bank I've used and they have done it this is the only bank I have problems with. Do not expect to have any kind of relationship with anybody there because they always have a huge turnover so it's somebody new every time you go!!!!
