Great customer service
I visited this location yesterday and can’t say enough good things about the employees there. I have been having issues with my First Horizon account, and calling was getting me nowhere. I was very frustrated and ready to close my accounts and blast the bank to the BBB. I remembered that one of my old coworkers had begun working at First Horizon and reached out to him.
