I had the opportunity to work with Justin M. Smith today at the Canal Street branch, and he was very helpful in assisting us with our business. His professionalism and willingness to help made the experience smooth and appreciated. That said, the overall atmosphere of this particular location felt noticeably different from other branches I’ve visited.
