I have never been so satisfied with any other life experience than the times I get to spend doing bank stuff. Great staff. Solid company. 6 Stars if it was an option. First Horizon rocks!!
I’ve had a great experience with this bank! Ericia and the staff have been incredibly helpful, always providing excellent customer service. They make you feel welcomed, never rushed, and never like a bother. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
Always a great experience when visiting canal st branch crew is magnificent
There is a bank teller that steals cash from your deposits. It has happened twice to me at this location. When I made a complaint to the manager about $400 cash missing from my deposit she did nothing. She told me their records indicate I didn't have that deposited. They refused to check the cameras. I know how much money I brought in and when the teller counted it it was short $400. The first time I thought maybe I just miscounted.
