Outstanding experience opeing a new account at First Horizon Bank ,11864 Kingston Pike, Knoxville Tennessee. Ms. Harvey was very professional, answered all of my questions regarding the account. The employees welcomed me when I entered, the branch was clean, and thanked me for my business. I pass 3 or 4 branches to get to this First Horizon Bank, worth the time.
Staff is very informative and customer oriented, friendly.
