First horizon is a friendly helpful bank. Glenda Taylor is very knowledgable and efficient.
Worst bank I've ever used, constant errors with accounts and problems with the online banking. No instant transfers, and lag in receiving alerts and mail. Avoid at all costs, the lack of instant transfers online and hold on checks is insane and unlike anything I experienced in Watauga county so don't let them lie and say it is a state or federal issue.
