If I could give negative zero I would. They closed my account but wouldn't give me cash. I had to get a cashier's check. I deposited cash not a cashiers check. They also lied and said it was corporate that made the decision to close my account. I called Corporate and they said it was the Branch manager Don't walk run away from this place.
I will never bank with this company again after having to deal with William laforet. We will be closing all our accounts immediately. I would not recommend this place or anyone who hired people like him and he’s a senior project manager? Outrageous
Potential customer, but shit customer service by staff, I keep getting turned away, they state they are booked all week for new accounts….
Sheri Taylor and her team are nothing short of amazing! They were able to customize an ideal solution for us and expedite our closing. They were always prompt to respond and did an excellent job throughout the whole home buying process. They will be my first choice going forward!
