Very pathetic Bank, staffs are rude and online system is horrible. they just want to get your money IN but not OUT. Zelle and online transfer extremely painful and horrible.
Terrible customer service and everything about this bank is inconvenient. No atms or bank tellers to even be able to access your money. Customer service does nothing to help. Takes weeks to months to even use zelle or Apple Pay and it stops working all the time. Charges several overdraft fees a day even if it’s only $6 and won’t remove them. Banking app is prehistoric. It was a hassle to even open the account so I should’ve known but it just keeps getting worse.
What a horrible bank. Worst experience I ever had! They are stuck in 1985. Run for the hills, do not put your money here.
If I could give negative zero I would. They closed my account but wouldn't give me cash. I had to get a cashier's check. I deposited cash not a cashiers check. They also lied and said it was corporate that made the decision to close my account. I called Corporate and they said it was the Branch manager Don't walk run away from this place.
