Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. This is the fourth time my card has stop working. it's not just me other in my family have had the same problems. Today I went to two first Horizon location to find out that your card making machine are out of order. The first one didn't call for me just sent me over 10 miles to the other one. Called customer service and they could not help me. Going to close my accounts.
First Horizon is an awesome bank. Employees go way above expectations. Exploring all the options for us. Green Valleys people are the best. Especially Phyllis, Chelsea and Jetoria. Love you guys!
Chelsea, Phyllis, and Jetoria are very knowledgeable at the green valley location. They always have a smile on their faces and are always willing to help. Chelsea is so friendly with my kids whenever she sees them.
