This bank is crap. If you are a Veteran or Retired military do not use this bank. Horrible customer service and they will not release your direct deposit on time. Always late. They hold it. Do not use.
The truth is that I had changed to this bank because I thought I would create a good relationship for future opportunities, but I don't see that it can be like that. If you go to a bank to get a pre-approval for a car, it is because you think that since your money is deposited there they can give you a better interest and you would only get an inquiry at the time they check your credit, not like the dealer who checks the one that suits them best. The worse bank I’ve ever banked with, You can transfer funds after 7pm. I had fraud in my account they will not credit me back $80 because the rep worded I what I said incorrectly do not bank here

I’ve been with this bank for over 6 years, My card was closed for fraudulent activity which is understandable, what I don’t like is they won’t let you know they’ve done this and they didn’t update my information for over 2 years.
