I have banked here for 2 years. Every time I visit this bank there is a problem. Normally I am just depositing small checks I receive and it takes over 10 minutes each time. They always demand ID for any deposit even though they see me regularly. Once they scribbled all over a tax refund check then returned it to me after 30 minutes of waiting saying they couldn’t deposit it.
