Ive been a member of the Wellsboro location for going on ten ish years I believe. I’ve never had a single bad interaction, so I'm not sure what the other reviews are ab. In fact, every time I go to the bank they are so friendly, kind and helpful. So much so that I came here to double check the hours today, noticed for the first time some negative reviews, and actually finished setting up my account so I could leave one w my experiences. Atm needs upgraded for depositing if they're only gonna be open till 12 on Saturday.
I've been with First Heritage for years and will continue. I'be never been with a financial institution that has been so friendly and personable. We interact with the Wellsboro office quite often. They know us by name, they know our kids, and everyone there is always friendly. I've been extremely happy with the service as well. My most recent loan with them was serviced very quickly and easy and with a rate better than anywhere else. I appreciate this branch and the people who work there.
I have never had any problems with this bank, everyone has always been, helpful and very nice.
