I've been with First HeritGe for 7 yrs. I've had little money to now big monies. I've made full time at my job and am trying to make good financial decisions. T. Lewis noticed monies in my savings that could make better rates than just savings. She was the first one to offer any helps for my success. I gratefully appreciate her help and will look for her when I come in.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and it has gone way down hill in the last few years. I don't know if its new management, but it is horrible. They held my money for over 3 days, and they try to blame it on everyone and everything but themselves. Don't waste your time or money unless you don't mind them taking and doing whatever they want with your money and then try to make you feel like it's your fault somehow why you can't access your funds.

I’ve been with First Heritage since it was a little office on Market Street, they are very professional and everyone treats me like a friend. Love this bank!

Be careful if they send jeff wood to your home while living there especially if you have children, he will look through your windows and lie saying he did not look through the windows all while being caught on camera! Also the house they are trying to sell in addison 19-21 william street is full of lead paint it was recently tested and they didn't have us sign a disclosure! This bank is sketchy and we are now in the process of filing a lawsuit with them!
