We have been members of FHFCU for over 25 years. We lost one of our daughters back in the early 2000's. We had roughly $300 that was left from insurance so we deposited it in our account. In 2013 we moved to NC and left our money there to grow. Unbeknownst to us, they started taking $20 every quarter. I recently checked on that amount and it was down to $0! I contacted them and wanted to know what happened and they told me they take $20 a quarter if no deposits are made on the account. My fault for never checking to see that... read more

People are right this the worst bank ever to c ok me to corning they don't care they made copies of my account past it out and anybody can call get ur money as I got there before mine was to be stolen they were going t up give it to them.they were going to get me .I was told by a first heritage employee at the corning branch.

I've been with First HeritGe for 7 yrs. I've had little money to now big monies. I've made full time at my job and am trying to make good financial decisions. T. Lewis noticed monies in my savings that could make better rates than just savings. She was the first one to offer any helps for my success. I gratefully appreciate her help and will look for her when I come in.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and it has gone way down hill in the last few years. I don't know if its new management, but it is horrible. They held my money for over 3 days, and they try to blame it on everyone and everything but themselves. Don't waste your time or money unless you don't mind them taking and doing whatever they want with your money and then try to make you feel like it's your fault somehow why you can't access your funds.
