I always have a great experience at First Heritage Federal Credit Union in Southport, thanks to Alyson and the other employees. They are always friendly, professional, and make my bank visit quick and easy. It’s clear she cares about helping members and providing top-notch service. This is not about the branch or the employees. It's about FHFCU as a financial institution overall. This is the WORST credit union I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with in my entire life. They are worse than all the commercial banks I've ever had to deal with. The people at the branch and their phone CSRs are extremely nice people. They do what they can for you.
