I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had a 48mo loan with First Help and in the middle of a crisis I paid off a loan over a year ahead of time. Now the third party company where they have the titles at is backlogged and the bank cannot and will not do anything to help the client to have the title, which is our right by law. The bank lacks professionalism and commitment to deliver good service based in my experience. DO NOT use this bank. I DO NOT recommend it.
