They really choose their own hours at this location. You can’t rely on what it says online or on the sign at the bank because they just close whenever. Multiple times my husband and I haven’t been able to go in because they close early or randomly throughout the day. Waimea location is better.
The employees here are very respectful, helpful, & understanding. Mahalo Nui Loa for all your hard work.

I tried to withdraw all my money and close my account but they was going to charge me $50 to close my account. I basically had to pay to get my own money.
