Worst bank ever. Never get FHB, it will ruin your financial situation and the app is slow you can never see how much funds you actually have so, if you pull out funds you most likely will get an overdraft. They don’t help at all. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Horrible branch Manager. Go to any other bank but this one. Two thumbs down.

I just don’t understand on why am I coming across ALOT OF issues? You guys put people in position and never train them to do their job. I simply ask for basic questions and I don’t get an answer. OR Just TAKE A QUICK SECOND TO GO AND ASK. Every transaction that I have made here in person has cost me time and money. A REAL REFLECTION OF THE LEADERS WHO ARE SPECIFICALLY IN THIS BRANCH. LIKE WHO HIRED YA’LL. Seriously. What a waste of time
