Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I paid off my car 15 business days ago and still have not received my title. When I went into this branch to get answers, I was treated with complete disregard. The representative seemed far more interested in gossiping than actually helping me resolve my issue. I've been having issues with this bank from day one ! Some things are simple but atomic impact in one life as my pin is not reading correctly, so then my card gets locked. A month delay in receiving my debit card thru mail is not the first time either. Im currently waiting on my new card. I placed the request of picking it up at the bank . I get out work late so I'm always rushing to beat the closing time. Worst bank ever. Never get FHB, it will ruin your financial situation and the app is slow you can never see how much funds you actually have so, if you pull out funds you most likely will get an overdraft. They don’t help at all. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Horrible branch Manager. Go to any other bank but this one. Two thumbs down.
