Waited 1.5 hours just to open a account. Super long line for the whole time I waited. Had I known I would have went to a different bank.

Customer Service Rep. needs a class on Customer service... I called the branch and was sent to automated service. After 30 mins, they finally answered. I was inquiring about mobile banking and she kept referring to online services. WHAT? Not sure if she could understand what I was asking? Then she HUNG UP ON ME!!!
