Customer service is lacking.
No one answers the phone. They say hold 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they still say hold 10 minutes.
The staff is great. Frustrating though that banks here still run on island time for some reason. It takes me 8 days to cash a check from the mainland. I'll probably switch to an online account because of inconveniences like this
If you like slow service, and a bank that makes up rules to make it difficult to access your money, look no further. I'd rank it the worst bank I've ever been forced to deal with, even outdoing Bank of America. For example; today I tried to wire $ for a used car purchase from the FHB account to my credit Union. I can't transfer the money because they've made a rule you can't transfer more than $5k per day and limit you to $10k per 30 days. Since I wanted to move $13K that option is out.
