Koloa Branch, Kauai Hawaii. I was accused that my money was a scam because it came from California or another country. I was asked by Kevin Murphy, where the money came from, like its his business, he made me wait five days he said for processing within three days the FHB had taken the money that they said was on hold. so I went back the five days, like I was told to ( I was honest with them, why couldn’t be honest with me). Customer service is lacking.
No one answers the phone. They say hold 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they still say hold 10 minutes.
The staff is great. Frustrating though that banks here still run on island time for some reason. It takes me 8 days to cash a check from the mainland. I'll probably switch to an online account because of inconveniences like this
