I hardly ever go into the bank to do business as the ATM is my best friend. No idea on how the service inside is, but the location is perfect because its centrally located in a sleepy strip mall with convenient parking.
I have been with FHB for about a decade. I will be changing banks this weekend. FHB Kihei Branch has had the WORST customer service MULTIPLE times throughout the years but yesterdays experience was the last straw.
I have been experiencing nothing but professional courtesy and promptness to my banking needs. Both Jennifer and Michelle have been invaluable in dealing with my father's accounts, as I reside in California. Thank you both so very much. Best regards
