By far the worst,most inept bank on Maui.. Do not use this bank if you at all value your time, energy and sanity.. constant issues, constant fees.. for services they don’t provide.. $5 for even a statement.. constant headaches. If I could give zero stars I would!
I hardly ever go into the bank to do business as the ATM is my best friend. No idea on how the service inside is, but the location is perfect because its centrally located in a sleepy strip mall with convenient parking.
I have been with FHB for about a decade. I will be changing banks this weekend. FHB Kihei Branch has had the WORST customer service MULTIPLE times throughout the years but yesterdays experience was the last straw.
