The only thing good about this place is the convenience of where it is located in town. Everything else about it so just an absolute flop. Most of the bank tellers here are very rude and condescending to customers. It always seems like most of them are in a bad mood and the vibes are off. I would expect for a bank teller to at least acknowledge me with a simple "Hello, what are we coming in for today?" when I approach the window. Worst bank I’ve ever used in my whole life. Multiple fraudulent charges. Awful customer service. Slow app balance updates. Things take 5 days to post to statement. Sucks because Bank If Hawaii is just as bad. Where are the good bank options out here?!
Super long lines always. Takes forever to get to the teller. Need to make a section for simple transactions like deposit/cashing checks. Need more tellers and to process people faster. You can be next in line and still wait 10-15 minutes since tellers take forget to process information/ talking story with customers. Also seems to care a lot more about the merchants and general banking
It’s take to long they really need more workers and they need to open up more window took almost an hour for me to cash my check
