It used to be a good bank, but not anymore. Ever since they updated their system, it just making it super inconvenient for customers! They won’t deposit your money if you don’t bring your ID. And I just went to get some change, and they said they can’t find my account number even with my business name and my ID! what kind of stupid system is that! And all I need is just some change! I was not taking or deposits money! And I’ve been with them for over 20 years! This is getting ridiculous!
Quick and good location great tellers and A solid Bank
OMG the slowest service I have ever seen in a bank. I spent over 30 minutes in line and another 20 cashing my check from their bank. I am so glad I do not have an account here.
Absolutely horrific. I came in to open an account, and they discriminated against me - not even knowing who I was or that I already had a business account there. I don’t know if it’s my skin color (doubt it), the way I was dressed, or what it could have been, but they were extremely rude - and treated some other people much better than others.
