First Hawaiian Bank and its Staff especially my Rep Ms. Shaneice provided me excellent customer service with her help to get my account up-to-date. She was able to do the impossible. I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from her and I praise her to have a great day today and going forward every day. Thank you, Shaneise for everything you did for me today.
The whole branch is closed even phone operators which is so frustrating … my card is being declined with money in the account … I can’t pay for gas or groceries until branch opens (drove to Costco from NS just to have to turn around due to fail card payment) … bank should be able to be reached everyday … you’re managing peoples livelihoods
