This bank sucks,only two tellers, First Hawaiian has gone down hill.
Plenty of free parking at this branch with parking all around the front and side of the bank. Although those small it’s filled with very helpful and friendly tellers and other people who are there to help you. They offer all kinds of services at this location.
I was very impressed and extremely pleased with my visit today at this location. Michelle assisted me, and I could not have had a better experience. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment to open a new account online, and Michelle set everything up for me right at her desk; from mobile banking to transfer accounts, she did it all. Bank deserves 0 stars. I wouldn't use them. They shut your account down if it's inactive for 30 days and then when you try to reactivate it they say you gotta wait 6 months. Not a customer friendly bank.
Go to when you have allot of time. I went from work and need to go back to work…BAD CHOICE, should have gone to Kapolei instead
