Couldn’t give me proof my loan being paid off in full or that my direct deposit was cut off, told me to ask my bank, when I filed the DD paperwork HERE, I have file a bunch of paper work you gouts can give me NO proof that you have canceled my DD, Worst bank ever no sense of urgency, I thought the DMV was bad, they put this wait time to shame Bye 👋 first Hawaiian I don’t even bank here could just imagine, but I will not ever let this bank be my lender again
